简 介:  彭建新,男,1953年生,1975-1978华中师范学院学习,1980-1983华中师范学院研究生,获理学硕士学位,1995-1997美国康乃尔大学作访问学者2年,现华中师范大学生命科学学院教授,昆虫学研究所所长。
近几年,主要从事杆状病毒增强蛋白作用机制,光增白剂对杆状病毒增效作用,杆状病毒诱导昆虫细胞凋亡,昆虫细胞培养等的研究。目前正在进行杆状病毒诱导昆虫细胞凋的过程中,线粒体的膜电位变化、bcl-2的表达,钙离子的变化等研究。主持和承担多项国家、省部级科研项目。出版《杆状病毒分子生物学》专著一部,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文60余篇。

全国有不少人在杆状病毒表达,包括浙江大学动物科学院,农业与生物技术学院,和生命科学学院等。然而同时在做杆状病毒的本身基因功能以及互作等方面研究的,基本上只有有武汉病毒所,中山大学,以及浙江大学,复旦大学。其中以武汉病毒所实力最强。

  张传溪,教授、博士生导师,男,1960年1月出生。

    简  历

    1982年毕业于浙江农业大学植保系,1985年在同校获昆虫学专业硕士学位,并留校任教。1994-1997年在中国科学院生物化学研究所在职从事博士学位论文工作,获理学博士学位。博士学位论文于2000年被评为全国优秀博士学位论文。1998年晋升浙江大学教授。兼任本校生命科学院和生物化学与分子生物学博士生导师。2001-2003年任日本学术振兴会和爱媛大学CMES特别研究员。
    先后在《Virology》、《BMC Genomics》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇(其中SCI收录34篇),书著有《昆虫杆状病毒ph、pk基因分析和人EPO基因在杆状病毒-昆虫系统中的表达》(高等教育出版社)等2本,参编4本。已申请国家发明专利9项,已授权4项。
    入选浙江省“151人才工程”。曾被授予浙江省优秀教师称号。美国国家自然科学基金会(NSF)评审专家、《微生物学报》和《中国病毒学》编委。

    研究方向

    本实验室主要从事昆虫分子生物学和动物病毒分子生物学与基因工程的研究。本分子生物学实验室研究的目标是阐明昆虫和病毒重要基因的特性和功能及其利用。目前正在进行的主要研究项目和方向包括:
1.家蚕重要经济性状功能基因研究。国家“863”计划。
2.昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因及表达产物在药效活性评价中应用。 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)子项目。
3.BmNPV ODV囊膜蛋白在家蚕中肠细胞上受体基因的研究。国家自然科学基金。
4.家蚕2种类型乙酰胆碱酯酶基因的特性与生物学功能比较。国家自然科学基金。
5.以杆状病毒为载体,以昆虫细胞和家蚕为生物反应器,表达生产人与经济动物药用多肽和科学研究用蛋白;氢菌基因工程(中意国际合作项目、国内合作项目、浙江省科技厅项目;“863”探索)。

中国科学院"百人计划"、国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院武汉病毒研究所研究员、博导。1986年获武汉大学病毒学专业学士学位,1989年获中科院武汉病毒所病毒学硕士学位,1998获荷兰瓦赫宁根大学博士学位。1989年至今在中科院武汉病毒所工作。

    胡志红博士现为中国科学院武汉病毒所所长,病毒学国家重点实验室学术委员会委员,国际无脊椎病理学会(SIP)理事,中国微生物学会病毒学专业委员会委员,《科学通报》特约编辑、《中国病毒学》、《病毒学报》、《微生物与感染》、《昆虫学报》编委、农业部农业生物基因工程安全委员会委员。

胡志红研究员长期从事杆状病毒的基础研究及应用基础研究,从2003年起逐步开始分子流行病学研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金、欧盟第六框架协议等5项在研课题。在杆状病毒的分子生物学及分子进化研究,以及重组病毒杀虫剂的应用基础研究领域做出了一系列成果。在国内外核心刊物上发表论文论著83篇,其中43篇被SCI收录,出版专著8部(章),获授权专利3项。曾获得湖北省自然科学二等奖、中国科学院青年科学家二等奖。

武汉病毒所:陈新文博士,研究员、博导
1964年生。博士、研究员、博士生导师、国家“杰出青年基金”获得者。中国科学院武汉病毒研究所副所长,分子病毒学研究室主任,湖北省病毒疾病工程研究中心主任。1986毕业于华中师范大学生物系获学士学位,1988郑州粮食学院生物化学研究生班毕业,2001获得荷兰Wageningen大学博士学位。兼任《中国病毒学》主编,《中国生物学文摘》编委,湖北省微生物学会常务理事、病毒学专业委员会副主任,湖北省生物工程学会常务理事。长期从事病毒的分子生物学和基因工程的研究。研究重点为病毒基因与基因组结构与功能、病毒与宿主的相互作用(如:细胞凋亡、病毒侵染的分子机理)、基因工程改良杆状病毒作为杀虫剂和表达载体等。近期开展了肝炎病毒的研究并获得良好进展。现主持国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金,“973”计划课题等多项研究课题,发表论文50余篇,其中22篇为SCI收录。申请专利10项,获授权专利3项。曾获得国家科技发明二等奖,湖北省自然科学二等奖、中国科学院科技进步三等奖等奖励和荣誉。

武汉病毒所: 学术带头人:齐义鹏教授

     齐义鹏,武汉大学生命科学学院教授,1961年毕业于武汉大学生物系微生物专业,1990年被国务院批准为博士生导师,1992年享受国务院特殊津贴。1982-1984年赴美国Ohio州立大学进修2年,1991-1992赴美国加州大学合作研究1年,曾任武汉大学学位委员会委员,职称评定委员会委员,病毒系主任,病毒研究所所长,生物技术系主任,国家微生物重点学科和国家病毒学211工程重点建设学科负责人。2001年被授予中国科协先进科技工作者。2002年被授予湖北省优秀科技工作者称号。

    齐义鹏教授以杆状病毒,医学病毒和人类基因组为研究方向,获科研成果奖6项,包括国家自然科学二等奖(1991,9120904)。教育部科技进步一等奖(1991,06804),教育部自然科学一等奖(2003,2003-029-01),江苏省科技进步一等奖(1-10-03),湖北省自然科学二等奖(2002Z-040-2-016-008-R01)。发表论文258篇,其中SCI论文78篇,影响因子大于3的论文12篇。著作3部。

Professor Pang, an insect pathologist, was born in 1945, graduated from Department of Biology of Zhongshan University in 1970. He gained his Ph.D degree at the same univesity in 1988, and as a postdoctoral fellow, he spent three years (1988-1991) at the University of California at Riverside, USA. Professor Pang has been engated in basic and applied research in insect pathogenic microorganisms for many years. He is especially interested in improvement of baculovirus and Bacillus thuringiensis as novel insecticides by genetic engineering. He published more than 40 papers, and he is the contributor of the books: 《The principels and Methods of Biological Control of Insect Pests》, 《Insect Pathology》and《Biological Control in China》. Professor Pang is the member of Society for Invertebrate Pathology.
Professor Pang's research interest concerns basic and applied biology of insect microbial pathogens, general insect pathology and microbial pest control. His current research has focused on the molecular biology and genetic engineering of baculoviruses and Bacillus thuringiensis, and the development of these pathogens as microbial insecticides as well as the expression vector for foreign genes.

In 1971 I finished my M.Sc in Biology (with honours), Utrecht University, with specialization in Physiological Chemistry and Experimental Embryology. A Ph.D. thesis (1971-1976) was carried out at the Department of Physiological Chemistry, Faculty of Medicine, Utrecht University, on 'The mechanism of adenovirus DNA replication'. In 1976 I was appointed as Assistant Professor at the Department of Virology, Wageningen Agricultural University, to initiate studies on baculovirus (molecular) biology and replication in cell culture. In 1982 I was promoted to Associated Professor (senior scientist) and in 1997 to Full Professor (Personal Chair) at the same department. In 1980-1991 I spent one year at the Department of Entomology, Texas A&M University, College Station, USA (professor M.D. Summers) to further develop skills in baculovirus molecular virology. At present I am leader of the Baculovirus and Whispovirus Research Groups, further encompassing two senior scientists (dr. Douwe Zuidema and Dr. Monique van Oers), three technicians, one post-doc, seven graduate students, two visiting scientists and 3-8 M.Sc students.
I authored more than 200 papers in refereed journals, 70 other publications and 170 abstracts. I was editor of the Journal of General Virology (1987-1994) and the Journal of Invertebrate Pathology (1993-1996; 1999-present). At present I am on the Editorial Board of Archives of Virology.

Teaching responsibilities include lecturing in an introductory course on 'The significance of plant breeding and crop protection in sustainable agriculture' (G250-002), in a course on 'Biotechnology in Crop Protection' (G250-209), and lecturing as well as giving practicals on 'Viruses and insects' (G150-202) and on 'Immunotechnology' (E100-219). Furthermore I supervise thesis projects of M.Sc and Ph.D students. I chaired the University's teaching program committee on 'Biology' (1998-2002).

Research interests are Baculoviruses as biological control agent of insects pests of agricultural importance (biology) as well as vector for the expression of foreign genes in insect cells (biotechnology). At present research concentrates on baculovirus functional genomics, in particular on Autographa californica (AcMNPV), Spodoptera exigua (SeMNPV) and Helicoverpa armigera (HaSNPV) and their engineering for improved insecticidal properties. Furthermore, a new line of research involves the molecular biology of viruses of crustaceans. The research is embedded in the research school Production Ecology and Resource Conservation (PE&RC).

Research
Baculoviruses are a group of occluded insect viruses that have received considerable attention because of their potential for application in insect control programs and their widespread use as expression vectors.  They encode a unique RNA polymerase that expresses several late genes at some of the highest levels reported for eukaryotic systems.  We are focusing on two main areas of baculovirus molecular biology: the characterization of DNA sequences and gene products involved in baculovirus genome replication and processing, and the characterization of baculovirus envelope proteins that are required for viral entry into cells.  We have identified a baculovirus-encoded protein complex composed of a nuclease and single strand DNA binding protein that may be involved in DNA recombination. We have also identified a family of envelope fusion proteins shared between baculoviruses and a group of insect retroviruses and we are investigating their function and evolution.
