两天前华盛顿邮报报道了 BioMed Central 撤刊了43篇文章，原因是认为peer-review程序作假。看了一下BioMed Central 的链接

大概收集了一下作者单位，红色加号表明被点名次数，看来有惯犯和团伙作案。大批的军事医学单位，也包括很多名校的附属医院，有被一窝端的感觉。

此次医学界尤其是医院系统的丢人现眼折射出目前医疗系统的评级评审制度的弊病。大夫要升级，不得不发文章，可是每天要开诊看病，哪来的时间和空间做科研？所以投机取巧，弄虚作假成了许多人的所谓“无奈之举”。医院要比研究所艰苦，因为研究单位一天到晚就是申请经费做实验，而对于医院来说，治病救人才是主业。记得看到过一个笑话：说要去看大夫，先要看这个专家是不是科研活跃，文章连发，如果是，坚决不选此位。 呵呵。

建议以后国内对于文章附加值降低，不作为毕业，职称，晋升的参考依据。毕竟现在水文章太多太多。

水文不是一直都在冲击着市场经济吗？。。。医生要看病人还得做科研，不容易啊。很多发达国家人口不多，自然病人也不多，医生待遇又好。他们做科研是在一定基础上实现的，咱们。。。
