中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所是由中国科学院、上海市政府、法国巴斯德研究所三方共建的科学研究机构，面向国家传染病预防与控制的重大需求和国际前沿，围绕重大传染性疾病的致病机制、免疫应答规律及防治策略，开展基础和应用型研究，教育和培养创新型人才。
　　上海巴斯德所虫媒病毒研究组课题组以黄病毒科(Flaviviridae)和披膜病毒(Togaviridae)的虫媒病毒为主要研究对象，这两种虫媒病毒给公共卫生和安全带来了巨大的威胁，但目前还没有针对性的疫苗和药物，关于这些病毒在细胞和分子水平上的细胞嗜性和致病机理更是存在很多未知。现因实验室科研需要,招聘如下岗位:
　　  研究组秘书（1名）
　　1．工作内容
　　1）负责本课题组的日常事务管理工作，包括：行政事务、人事手续、会议精神传达、Email 翻译、管理文件和实验室科研资源文件的汇总、入库和存档。
　　2）建立并管理实验室公共实验材料，包括质粒、细胞、抗体、酶、化合物的资源库。
　　3) 实验室订购货：订货及物流优化管理、支出报表及财务报销等。
　　4）实验室仪器设备的管理和登记。
　　5）及时用英文通报项目申请信息，协助参与立项申报、评估检查、结题验收、成果鉴定、专利申报等文字整理工作。
　　2．岗位要求
　　1）具有较强的英文读写说能力，能熟练用英文与课题组长和国际研究生交流。
　　2）硕士及以上学历，具有生命科学或相关专业背景，熟练掌握分子克隆、细胞培养等技术，具有病毒培养经验者优先录取。
　　3）熟练使用Excel、Word、Powerpoint、Photoshop等办公软件。
　　4）热爱文秘工作，有相关工作经验者优先录取。具有较强的人际沟通能力，富有团队合作精神，适应国际合作。随时为遇到困难的留学生提供热心的帮助。
　　5) 工作态度主动积极，做事高效，有序，仔细，灵活。能够长期稳定工作。

　　Lab assistant position in Institut Pasteur of Shanghai,Chinese Academy of Sciences

　　The laboratory of interspecies transmission of arboviruses and therapeutics research is recruiting an associate investigator and a post-doc. The unit focuses on arthropod-borne viruses (arboviruses) which are transmitted from insects to hosts following blood meals. These arboviruses, including viruses in Flaviviridae and Togaviridae family, have been a dramatic resurgence or emergence of epidemic virus diseases affecting both humans and domestic animals. For instance, up to 400 million people are infected with Dengue flavivirus (DENV) annually and more than 2.5 billion people are at risk of contracting DENV infection. Despite the high public health threat caused by these viruses, many questions about the tropism and pathogenesis at the cellular and molecular level remain unanswered. By studying both infections in mammals and insects, in vitro and in vivo, our global project wants to unveil the viral and/or host factors responsible for pathogenicity or resistance to infection. These understanding will help to develop new strategies to fight these public health and veterinary threats.   

　　The following positions are open:  

　　Lab Assistant (1)

　　The candidates are in charge of:  

　　1) Daily management work, including: administrative affairs, personnel procedures, the spirit of the meeting to convey and Email translation, document management and laboratory research resource files collection, storage and archiving.

　　2) Establishment and management of laboratory experimental materials, including plasmid, cell, antibody, enzyme, compound library.

　　3) Laboratory ordering: ordering and logistics optimization, expenditure statements and financial reimbursement etc..

　　4) Equipment management and registration.

　　5) Timely report the project application information in English, assist in the project declaration, inspection, acceptance, evaluation of achievements, patent application and other text collation.

　　Job requirements:

　　1) Has a strong English speaking and writing ability, skilled to communicate with group leader and international graduate student in English.

　　2) Master degree or above, with life science or related education background, proficient in molecular cloning, cell culture technology, has the virus culture experience preferred.

　　3) Skilled in use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop and other office software.

　　4) Willing to have secretarial work, relevant work experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, team spirit, adapt to international cooperation. Provide enthusiastic help for the students in trouble.

　　5) Proactive working attitude, efficient, orderly, careful, flexible. Willing to work stably.
