unsuited for readers who desired an introduction to the

; A. T, r3 c; qAn introductory text clearly benefits from the# x6 Z# ~# u) m9 b5 h
coherence provided by a single author, but suffers from Z3 e2 m# ~) \/ C4 n
the finite expertise of any single researcher. Therefore, a0 w( f1 t! k0 ]/ ?# ` Q, ~' `
compromise was devised, in which each chapter was coauthored: E& n8 x: ^# o# u2 n3 d
