coherence provided by a single author, but suffers from+ Y. i; @; @4 A- q) h- g6 B8 n
the finite expertise of any single researcher. Therefore, a' E4 f5 A; s4 x8 v) z$ T% g8 Q
compromise was devised, in which each chapter was coauthored
